Your Basecamp gate access is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Here’s how to get in and get going.

THE FAMILIAR WAY

Use your gate code.

Use the individual gate code assigned to your rental. Keep your code private, and contact Basecamp if you need help with your access.

FROM YOUR PHONE

Set up the Storage Genie app to access the gate from your mobile device. Have your space number and entry code ready.

A FEW MINUTES. THEN YOU’RE SET.

Your personal code stays in the Storage Genie app. You don’t need to enter it on this website.

Download & choose your facility.
Install Storage Genie, open it, and select Basecamp Aurora Storage.

Select your storage space.
Follow the app’s setup prompts and choose your assigned unit or space, such as A1.

Enter your gate code.
Put only the digits of your gate code into the Entry Code field. Leave Private Code blank.

Enable Bluetooth & location.
Allow Bluetooth access and location permissions as directed by the app so automatic opening can work.

LOOK OUT FOR YOUR NEIGHBORS

Do not let another vehicle follow you through the gate. Watch the gate and wait for it to close after you enter or leave.
