We welcome RVs, boats, campers, enclosed trailers, and open flatbed trailers. Food trucks, semi trucks, cars without a trailer, storage containers, and businesses with multiple employees are not permitted. All rentals are subject to owner approval.

Basecamp offers outdoor storage on crushed asphalt. Spaces are 12 feet wide, with back-in lengths of 25, 30, 35, and 40 feet, plus a 60-foot drive-through option.

Customers have gate access 24 hours a day, seven days a week using an individual gate code. Phone support is available Monday through Saturday, 9am to 5pm.

There is an initial two-month minimum. After that, the rental agreement is month to month.

The rental agreement locks your rate for at least 12 months. Contact the team to confirm the current rate and availability for your chosen space.

Please provide at least 10 days’ notice by phone or email to cancel your rental agreement.

No. Water and a dump station are not available at this facility. Plan to take care of those stops before returning to storage.

Measure the complete parked length of your vehicle, including the trailer tongue, hitch, spare tire, racks, and other attachments. All spaces are 12 feet wide. Our space finder can suggest an option; contact Basecamp to confirm fit before renting.

A back-in space has a fence or another vehicle behind it. A drive-through space has an aisle at both ends, so you do not need to back in. Spaces are angled 30 degrees to the drive aisle.

No. Spaces are for vehicle storage only. Nothing may be left on the ground.

Yes. Basecamp uses the Storage Genie app. Visit Customer Access for the download link and setup instructions. Your individual gate code also works.

The facility is at 2151 S Sicily Circle, near E-470 and E Jewell Avenue. Map apps may route you incorrectly. Call (720) 996-0730 during phone hours to confirm the entrance before your first visit.
